ABOUT
2006 J&T Contemporary Homes LLC was born. It is a woman owned construction company with the interest and desire to make cost effective changes that change everything.
J&T enjoys tackling the unthinkable projects the "drab to fabs" to "looking good" to "drop dead gorgeous, shut the front door!
Every project has a budget which usually ends at some pocket change left for the new little extra things to compliment the new space/place. We listen which enables us to hear more.
2015 J&T started and funds Be the Church ministries (BTC), a non-profit which gets in donated household goods all the way up to furniture and then connects to people in need and it is all done with the partnerships with social workers, other ministries and local churches. You can check more about that at the Fb page Be The Church ministries.
2016 J&T repurposed a gas station into a Cafe' on one side and a repurposed store called Naomi's. The store was located in Orland Park. There where 8 local Artists rebuilt/restored/reinvented everyday items. Naomi's employed a staff of 10 and help support BTC ministries.
2018 - CURRENT As of today J&T purchases properties and renews them, selling them to single and established families in and around the Chicago-metra area. KEEP IT TIDY seemed to have a natural birth from the combined 17 year magical journey.
